Gutter Cleaning in Southport, From the Ground
Gutters cleared from ground level with our SkyVac Interceptor, up to four storeys high. Houses, blocks of flats and commercial buildings, with no ladders against your walls.
The SkyVac Interceptor
We use the SkyVac Interceptor, a petrol-powered, self-contained wet and dry gutter cleaning system. It runs completely independently of mains electric or a generator, so we can set up anywhere.
We reach gutters from the ground up to four storeys, about 40 feet, with carbon fibre poles. Its built-in reverse blowing clears roof edges, valleys and stubborn blockages, like pine needles that won't vacuum out.
There's a camera on the pole, so we can see right inside the gutter as we go. That's how we know it's clear on a four-storey block of flats without anyone going up a ladder.
Fascias, soffits and conservatory roofs
White fascias and soffits go grey and green over the years, and conservatory roofs collect moss and leaves that take the light out of the room. We can do them on the same visit as the gutters, so the white's white again.

Gutter cleaning questions
Do you need ladders to clean gutters?
No. All our gutter work is done from the ground, with carbon fibre poles that reach up to four storeys, about 40 feet. The vac sucks the muck out of the gutter, so nobody's climbing about on your roof.
How do you know the gutters are clear from the ground?
There's a camera on the end of the pole, so we can see inside the gutter as we work, even on a three or four-storey block of flats.
Do you need power to run the SkyVac Interceptor?
No. The SkyVac Interceptor is petrol powered and completely self-contained, so it doesn't need your mains electric or a generator.
When is the best time to clean gutters?
Late autumn, once the leaves are down, so they're clear for the winter rain. If you've got trees nearby, a second clean in spring is worth it.
How do I know if my gutters need cleaning?
Water pouring over the edge when it rains, plants or moss growing out of them, damp patches or green streaks on the wall underneath, or gutters sagging with the weight. Any of those and they're blocked.
Do you clean fascias, soffits and conservatory roofs?
Yes. We can do them on the same visit as the gutters, so the whole roofline gets done in one go.
Do you clean gutters on blocks of flats and commercial buildings?
Yes, a lot of our gutter work is commercial: blocks of flats, converted buildings and business premises, with RAMS on request. See our commercial cleaning page.
