Who we are
Pinnacle North West is a pressure washing and exterior cleaning company based in Southport. We clean commercial property, blocks of flats and homes across the North West: buildings and cladding, forecourts and car parks, gutters, render, roofs, drives and patios.
We've invested in professional equipment so we can use the right method on every surface, not just the most pressure. And we keep things simple: a free site visit, an accurate price before we start, and a clean job left behind.

The van system
Our setup is built into the van by a specialist company: a pressure washer that runs at 250 bar and 25 litres a minute on full power, with a hot water boiler alongside it giving instant hot water up to 150°C.
It brings its own power and heat. With that heat, force isn't everything. On delicate surfaces we drop the pressure and turn up the temperature, and let the hot water do the work. If it's greasy, oily or covered in gum, the heat shifts what cold water won't.
The SkyVac Interceptor
We use the SkyVac Interceptor, a petrol-powered, self-contained wet and dry gutter cleaning system that runs completely independently of mains electric or a generator.
We reach gutters from the ground up to four storeys, about 40 feet, and its built-in reverse blowing clears roof edges, valleys and stubborn blockages. A camera on the pole lets us see inside the gutter from ground level.
