Can you work out of hours?
Yes. We work early mornings, evenings and weekends, so the clean happens when your customers, residents or staff aren't around. Tell us what suits the site and we'll work to it.
Can you provide risk assessments and method statements?
Yes. We supply risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) for the job on request, before any work starts.
Are you insured?
Yes, we carry public liability insurance, and we can send proof of cover with the quote.
Do you need power or water on site?
The van brings its own power and its own heat, so there's no need for your electrics. We just need a water supply if possible, or we can arrange our own supply.
How do you price commercial work?
Every site is different, so we come out and look first. You then get a written quote that sets out what we'll clean, the method we'll use and when. That visit is free.
Do you offer regular cleaning contracts?
Yes. Plenty of sites need cleaning more than once: forecourts, bin stores, gutters on blocks of flats. We can set up regular visits so it never gets bad in the first place.
What areas do you cover?
We're based in Southport and cover the whole of the North West, including Liverpool, Preston, Wigan, Ormskirk and Manchester.
